This city residence is situated in Angers. The establishment is just a few minutes' walk from both the centre of town and the congress centre. Located close to two beautiful public gardens, the apartment hotel is in close proximity to a number of restaurants, bars, pubs and nightlife spots, whilst the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The local train station is around 1.6 km from the establishment and local attractions include Musee Jean Lurcat (860 metres), Cathedrale St. Maurice (1.5 km), Collegiale St. Martin (1.8 km), Galerie David d'Angers (2 km) and Chateau d'Angers (2 km). Nantes can be reached in just over an hour by car.

Built in 2008, this apartment hotel comprises a total of 64 accommodation units spread across 8 storeys. The residence staff are very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is very modern, comfortable and functional. Guests are welcomed into a lobby, and on-site facilities include lift access, a breakfast room serving a continental buffet breakfast (fees apply), and a launderette. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby parking garage.

The residence consists of 44 studios and 20 2-bedroom apartments. All of the accommodation units are fully equipped. They include a main room with a kitchen area with mini fridge and microwave, a desk space, flat-screen TV, a direct dial telephone and unlimited complimentary WLAN Internet access. Other facilities include weekly cleaning and individually regulated heating. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower in the studios and with a bath in the apartments.

A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning in the breakfast room for a fee.

Take the A11 motorway and exit at Angers. Then take Avrille, Chu, La Doutre. Go to Centre de Congres, Boulevard Ayrault. The residence is on the third street on the left-hand side.

The reception has the following weekday opening hours: 7 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 9:30 pm. It is open from 7 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests can check in after 3 pm on weekdays and after 5 pm at weekends. In the case of a late arrival, guests are requested to contact the residence 48 hours in advance.
