The hotel is a converted 19th century building, with the ground floor being part of a very upmarket shopping mall.
The reception area is reached directly by escalator from the street as it is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre. It also has its own private entrance. It is a medium-sized lobby decorated with pale pastel colours and a mahogany reception area.
