When you want to avoid the traffic in Split - you can walk along the seaside promenade towards the city centre - which is a calmer way than the road and the promenade starts the hotel.

A modern style Mediterranean white building, the hotel is able to offer sea views from most rooms as nearly every room has a balcony. The building is L-shaped, as there is a newer wing built on to the original building.

The reception area is large in size with a good seating area to the left side. There is also a bar to the left as you enter building with its own seating area and a terrace alongside the pool which can be accesed from the lobby. The floor is decorated with grey and black marble finish tiles and the whole reception is tastefully decorated.
