The exterior is a modern building, typical coast construction but in nice concordance with the surroundings and its own facilities.

The lobby is spacious according with the size to the resort.

This complex is situated in the middle of a tropical palm tree wood, some 500,000 m2 in size, in the south of Fuerteventura. The hotel is right on the seafront of the beaches of Jandia.

The terraced bungalows are surrounded by 500,000 m of exotic gardens, which feature a small zoo. Facilities on the complex grounds include a reception area, a foyer with lifts, a small supermarket, several shops, a hairdresser's salon and a nightclub. Moreover, there are several restaurants (with highchairs for infants) and a selection of bars. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities. Guests may take advantage of the on-site laundry service may be taken advantage of.
