Designed and created using the distinctive geological features of the area and stone cut from the tuff hills of Cappadocia, local artists have designed the wall reliefs in the hotel and in the rooms, creating a cave-dwelling effect. The public rooms are spacious and classically furnished and guests can benefit from an attractive outdoor pool area and garden. Situated in Avanos, reknowned for its' earthenware pottery for almost 4,000 years, the hotel is 1.5 km from the town centre and bus station and approximately 500m from the nearest bus stop. The Kizilirmak or Red River which runs through the town is a little under 2 km away. In a good location for exploring this fascinating region, the fairy chimneys of Zelve are 5 km away while the open-air museum at Goreme is 8 km.
