Go past the turnings for the A118 and A124. At the large roundabout go straight over to A1020 (signposted Woolwich Ferry, City, Royal Docklands and Excel). Keep going straight through 2 sets of traffic lights past 2 shopping estates until you get to another large roundabout. Take the 4th turning A1020 signposted (Silvertown, City Airport, Excel). Continue over 3 more roundabouts (past the DLR stations Cyprus and Beckton Park) and then take the slip road on the left marked City Airport, Blackwall Tunnel, Silvertown. At the Connaught roundabout take the first left over the dock on the Connaught bridge and past the bottom of the airport. At next rounabout take the first left to City Airport and you will see the Travelodge entrance immediately on your right.
