Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arrival to confirm the arrival time. They can either call (34)934673052 or email info@chicstays.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B at Pau Claris 145, mezzanine 1 to collect the keys to their apartment, directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of the Passeig de Gràcia metro station. At check-in there will be a security deposit pre-authorised by credit card, which will be automatically reimbursed after verification of the apartment's condition.
