This resort is located in Basse Normandie, in Le Calvados region. It is 800 m from the sandy Trouville beach and guests will find the town centre, with its restaurants and shops, just 1 km away. Deauville railway station is 1.6 km and the town of Deauville is 2 km from the resort. It lies 50 km from Caen, 43 km from Le Havre and 89 km from Rouen. Deauville Airport is 3 km away.

Overlooking the sea, the residence is surrounded by a large private garden with a children's playground. It offers guests the authentic, preserved charm of a seaside resort on the Normandy coast, full of life all year round, with its little fishing port and vast beach, large water sports' centre and casino.
