Renovated in 2006, this familiy-friendly ski hotel is on the site of the oldest inn in the United Kingdom and comprises a total of 54 rooms. It is known that this spot has been in continuous use since 961 AD and has had a chequered history throughout the years. It is certainly at the highest altitude, being just over 640 m above sea level.
