Built in 1986 and renovated in 2006, this 3-storey complex has a total of 68 apartments (64 one-room apartments and 4 two-room apartments). The foyer features a reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange and luggage storage. The complex additionally includes a bar, a games room, a restaurant, Internet access (for an additional fee), excursion organiser, bike rental and car rental. Younger guests are offered a kids' club during the school holidays. Parking spaces are available on the street for those arriving by car.

The apartments have an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (fees apply), a hire safe, a kitchenette with a fridge and an oven, a seating area as well as a balcony or terrace.
