Guests are requested to check in on the first floor. The lobby is very small and there is no reception as such, but the office where guests pick up their keys and receive any further information. Key collection after office ours will be via a 'Key collection machine' located on the first floor of the apartment building by keying in your surname.

This apartment hotel is wonderfully located opposite the convention centres in Berlin by Theodor-Heuss-Platz and close to the city centre. It is a good address for guests seeking independence and a private atmosphere as well as the perfect starting point from which to explore Berlin. The Kurfurstendamm, Charlottenburg palace, the Olympic Stadium, and the Waldbuhne are all only about 10 minutes away by public transport. The nearest stop can be found 200 m from the hotel. It is approximately 6 km to Tegel airport.

The hotel comprises a total of 30 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities on offer include a breakfast room and lift.

The rooms are large and spacious with high ceilings. All rooms have a small kitchenette, bathroom and all modern amenities like tv and direct-dial phone. Both, rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
