The apartments are located 200 m from the beach and 2.7 km from the city centre. Some 700 m away there is a supermarket, bar, restaurant and a shopping mall.

The apartment building is situated right next to the sandy beach. The building has a lift.

Apartments Keys collect at oficina alquileres Peniscola located in C/Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Tl:+34 964482065. Check in from Mondays to Saturdays from 17 to 20h and Sundays from 10h to 13h. In case of clients will arrive out off the indicated timetable, please contact with your travel agency minimal 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Directly payment an extra suplement will be require for later times arrivals. No late arrival confirmation to apartment and travel agency can suppose not to get the keys. Swimming pool open in summer season. No pets allowed. Arrival cleaning. Towels and sheets are not included. Posibility to rent sheets (pay directly). Deposit obligatory (by cash).
