This ski residence is located in Valloire, in a 6-storey residence divided into 67 fully equipped apartments. The apartments have lift access, and the hotel is also suitable for guests with special mobility requirements. Internet access is available (fees apply), and a car park is also at guests' disposal.

The apartments are fully equipped; each having a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Each apartment also has its own balcony or terrace for indoor-outdoor living.

Once in Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne follow signs for Valloire (via Road D902) for 17 km via Col du Telegraphe. 2 km before entering Valloire, right after a sign indicating Hameau des Chozeaux villes, take the first on the right towards the residence. Continue going down, the reception is located 500 metres further on.

There is no digital code box. For late arrivals, guests are asked to contact the reception during opening hours to get instructions on how to collect the keys.
